A family history and love of real estate surrounded Dan and his brother Bill since the time they were young boys. Their father acquired his first apartment building in the (Southmoreland) Nelson Art Gallery area in the mid 1960’s. From that moment on, what seemed to be a hobby, buying a house here or duplex there soon became a true passion and life long career. “I feel very fortunate to do what I love for a living. I get to go to work everyday and take a piece of property and mold it into something truly beautiful. That gives me great pleasure and when appreciated by someone else, well that’s the icing on the cake,” says Dan.
