Inside the Sombart Building: An Experience Truly Unlike Any Other!
The Sombart is a brilliantly preserved, historic high rise with the perfect central location along Armour Boulevard. Built in 1925, the Sombart Building was the first of its kind - a structure with 10+ units to be built in the area following World War 1. The building originally contained sixteen units - with nine rooms total including three bathrooms. Each unit was designed to provide a private quarters for live-in staff at a cost of $150k per unit!
Today, the Sombart has 1-3 Bedroom floorplans  with varying square footages and layouts, all retaining the charm of the building's original design. Features like crown molding, butler's pantries, high ceilings, and original white oak, hardwood floors will leave you in awe.
