A family history and love of real estate surrounded Dan and his brother Bill since the time they were young boys. Their father Israel acquired his first apartment building in the (Southmoreland) Nelson Art Gallery area in the mid 1960’s. From that moment on, what seemed to be a hobby, buying a house here or duplex there soon became a true passion and life long career. “I feel very fortunate to do what I love for a living. I get to go to work everyday and take a piece of property and mold it into something truly beautiful. That gives me great pleasure and when appreciated by someone else, well that’s the icing on the cake,” says Dan. Having been in the real estate business for over 30 years, Dan has renovated over 500 apartments/homes. His expertise, attention to detail and caring staff is what drives Terra’s repeat business.
Adam was born and raised in Kansas City. He holds a degree in finance from the University of Colorado. Adam is in charge of business development for Terra. He is excited to usher in a new generation of opportunities for the Terra Management family. He also manages a selection of short term rentals in the area. When he is not working on real estate, you can find him in his music studio.

Years of experience in the Real Estate industry in sales, leasing and management, Ariana enjoys seeing the renovation of older, forgotten apartments and homes take on a new life. Ariana oversees the design and marketing of Terra mgmt.
As Property Manager, Sarah brings with her 15+ years of multifamily management experience. Ranging from the small boutique community with 120 apartment homes to the much larger community with 624 apartment homes and everything in between. Sarah earned the designation of CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) from the National Apartment Association of Kansas City in 2005 for her continued studies in the field of Property Management. In 2004, Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Park University, graduating with honors. Sarah has been with the Terra Management team for 8 years and stands ready to assist in any capacity necessary.

Alita moved to Kansas City from Mississippi in 2007 and quickly fell in love with Kansas City and everything it has to offer! She holds a degree in Interpersonal and Public Communications from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. With over twelve years of customer service, marketing, and client relations experience, Alita makes sure that questions from current and prospective tenants are handled with the utmost care and attention.
